Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
If approved, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong or a defective product).
Exchanges
We are happy to offer a free exchange if you receive a defective or incorrect item, subject to stock availability. Please contact our support team to arrange an exchange.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy
